Red Lake County Shoreland Ordinance Amendment
The Red Lake County Board of Commissioners adopted the Red Lake County Shoreland Ordinance 2018 Amendment on November 27th, following the public hearing, at the Red Lake County Board of Commissioners meeting at the Courthouse in Red Lake Falls. The public hearing was held in conjunction with the Red Lake County Commissioner’s Board meeting.
Amendments made to the existing Red Lake County Shoreland Ordinance consist of: restructuring the format to reflect MN DNR’s shoreland ordinance template, some definitions were replaced with new terminology, and the addition of buffers to the Shoreland Ordinance.
